Screen Printing

We believe making a great print starts with the equipment. Quite simply, top-quality merchandise starts with top-quality printing equipment.

We use M&R automatic presses and all of them are less than 2 years old. By using top-of-the-line presses, it allows us to provide consistent prints with tight registration and a softer feel without sacrificing the vibrancy in your design. Using automatic presses enable us to print a higher volume which lowers the cost of printing on larger orders.

It is also important to know and understand that screens vary widely from frames to mesh. Bad screens can hurt quality with prints by not lining up properly or losing detail in the design. Different inks may require different mesh and the tension of those screens will affect the end-result as well. We spend a lot of time and effort in our Screen Department making sure the screens and processes we use are going to deliver you the best quality product possible.

Please note that we use one set of screens per print size. This means the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for youth and adult, please let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing charged accordingly. Also please keep the maximum print sizes in mind when deciding if you want to do more than one print size.

Example: XYZ Company orders 50 youth shirts and 100 adult shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of shirts. We will have to make two sets of screens. XYZ Company will be charged the 48 piece quantity price for the youth shirts and the 96 piece quantity price for the adult shirts, NOT the 144 combined pricing.
